We’ll meet online in a completely confidential, judgement free space, where understanding, patience, and progress rule! As we work together, I will always be honest and direct, I will ask questions others might not ask, and may say things others might not say, but always with kindness, understanding and respect. My focus will be on delivering feedback that is insightful, actionable, and drives progress. We will work together to find those critical insights that will help you see more clearly, understand more completely, and then act more effectively to achieve your goals. Sessions are 60 minutes. (Occasional 10 – 15 minute “support check-in calls” between sessions are welcome).
Life Coaching

As your life coach, together we’ll go where you need/want to go. From broad, “big picture” elements of your life, like your personal and professional goals and relationships, on down “into the weeds” looking at things like how you manage your time, or your money etc. Our time together is a safe, totally confidential place to deal with any challenge that is important to you. Whatever the topic, I’ll supply some guidance, tools, and plenty of support to help you make positive changes in your life. Whether it be repairing your relationship with your son, managing stress, getting a new job, or developing a specific new skill, I will provide the encouragement, training, accountability, and step by step strategies to help you succeed.
Executive Coaching

I’ve done coaching and training work in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. I’ve worked with numerous senior executives and management teams in a wide variety of Industries and in all manner of organizations from startups to fortune 500 companies. These include JP Morgan, Pepsi, Ogilvy, NetJets, UBS, and HP, etc. My work has included both executive coaching as well as delivering specific on-site skillset training for executives, management teams, and staff. This training has included: leadership skills, decision making, problem solving, sales, communication skills, (one to one and one to many), change management, conflict resolution, problem solving, and goal setting, etc. In the non-profit arena my work has included establishing techniques for creating new donor relationships, enhancing relationships with existing donors (both large and small) and helping to organize and run large fundraising events.
Life Coaching for Young Adults

My coaching of young adults focuses primarily on providing some guidance and support as they navigate key life transitions and work their way through various stages of personal development and self-discovery. Invariably, a good deal of time is spent on building confidence, setting personal goals, and developing essential skills ranging from time and energy management, to emotional intelligence. This work flows directly into helping young adults identify and understand their values, beliefs, and personal identity, and how these relate to their life choices and actions. As needed, I will help young adults learn how to build and sustain healthy relationships, either personal, with family, or professional. This work often encompasses a focus on communication skills, conflict resolution, and understanding relationship dynamics. As they approach different challenges in their lives, I work with young adults on setting realistic and achievable goals and providing support, helping them to stay accountable and motivated as they work towards these goals.
Transition Coaching
Whether this is a transition you’ve long hoped for, or one you’ve been forced to accept; whether you are just getting started or are stuck somewhere in the middle of the journey, I’ll help you build and cross that bridge from where you are now, to where you want to be.

For individuals, coaching provides personalized guidance to navigate transitions with confidence and clarity. Support is tailored to address specific challenges, ensuring a smooth adjustment. Progress is tracked throughout the process, with adjustments made based on feedback and observations to maximize effectiveness and long-term success.
How we would work together…
Over the years I’ve developed a four-step process that we can use to get you where you want to go – or someplace better! We’ll tailor the process to fit your specific situation and needs, and you’ll move along at a pace that is right for you. If you are "in crisis” and need to make some decisions quickly, we’ll use an abbreviated version focused on answering the most critical questions, so you can take effective action, while leaving other questions temporarily unanswered.

Your transition may already be fairly well defined – with answers that stand out clearly. A “deep dive” may simply not be needed, and we can move along with a high degree of confidence in a relatively short time. More likely, you’ll be looking at a scenario that won’t include such clear choices and obvious paths. There may be a bunch of twists and turns to navigate, each potentially hiding critical bits of information that could easily be missed, sometimes at great cost, if you try to move along too quickly. In most cases, I’ve found that the fastest and most reliable way to get to the place you truly want is to simply give the process the time needed to do it well, whatever that may be. We work together… you decide when you have the answers you need. I support the process with the right questions.
